Provided there is no retro . There can be following situations:
a) 250 equally distributed in Oct, Nov and Dec and the date moves 1 week at a time to 28th May in Dec 10.
b) 750 in Oct moving the date to 22nd or 28th May and then stuck there till Dec
Again depending on if USCIS does quarterly SO then in Dec dates may move to Aug 06.
I think with similar SO as FY2010 the PD will get close to July2007 by the Sep2011 VB. But whether the PDs will move ahead smoothly or in chunks having large periods of inactivity followed by 5-6 month jumps, thats something no one can predict.

I'm with Michael on the lizard shot ... maybe it's the disconnected rear foot that makes it look odd.
I REALLY like the water lily shot, Josh. The composition is beautiful, with the other lily pads forming a "circle of circles" counterbalance to the flower. Very, very nice ... in fact, probably my favorite of all your posted photos. (not that I have anything against the others)

My wife is currently in the US on H4 Status and she is taking classes at a local university on a part time basis.
We are planning to go for our visa revalidation next month.
How should i answer DS 156 Question #33.Do you intend to study in the US? for my wife?
I think i should answer yes since she will continue taking classes after we come back to the US. Will this be an issue since she is on H4?

I have to do a emergency travel to India and I did not get my advance during that time. I went to USCIS office in person and got the advance parole and flyed to India.
Back in US I learnt from my wife that I got another copy of Advance parole which I have applied earlier. Both Parole documents look different in format and the one which I got from USCIS office does not have the SRC nubmer on it.
If my wife sends the recent Advance Parole documents via FEDEX, not sure which document I should show up at port of entry..Plese help.

I also have the same status. I think it has to do with finger printing when had filed for 485 during July 2007. My status is like that since Dec 2007 .Nothing has changed after that for me..

You are paroled into US until Dec 05, 2009. But if you want to travel outside US after July 29, you better apply for AP now.

Last time I have showed one copy. They have asked for the second one which I did not take with me.
The POE officer said that USCIS normally sends two copies one for the applicant and one for POE to retain as a proof of entry.
They also said it is ok if we don't take the second one with us.
They just took a copy of the first one and kept it for their records.

I came to the US on F1 for MS and then trasferred to another college to pursue my PhD. During this time my F1 visa expired, but I am maintaining my legal status as my I-20 is valid. I got married last year and my wife who originally came on F1, is now on H1.
I am going to planning to go to India in end of April and need to renew my F1 visa. What are the chances of my renewal getting refused, due to my wife's H1 (dual intention) status? What documents if any, can I show in order to prove that I have intentions to come back to the US?
I need to get a visa interview date soon, so please reply as soon as is convenient.

Why not microsoft? The rest of high tech industry will not survive if they can't move their 60% of operations outside of USA. Bone headed congress will continue to come up with legislation that encourage illegal immigration and discourage legal immigration. Sounds like 19th century for UK, 20th century for USA and 21st century for China and India. Dollar declines and what is the use of GC? I am thinking of going back where the growth is.
